Aptamil Follow On Milk features an updated formulation with a 29% fermented dairy-based blend, specially developed to support the nutritional needs of babies aged 6–12 months as part of a varied weaning diet. The formula includes Nutri Fibres (GOS/FOS), vitamins A, C, and D, DHA (Omega-3 LCP), iron, and a palm oil-free oil blend.

Formulated with a unique blend of Galacto- and Fructo-oligosaccharides (GOS/FOS), it helps nourish beneficial gut bacteria, while vitamin D supports the normal function of the immune system. DHA contributes to normal visual development with a daily intake of 100mg, and iron supports normal cognitive development. The formula also contains no artificial preservatives, as required by legislation.
